New site purchased in Poole 02/12/2018

Following on from our development of 4 houses in Blandford, Karm have now purchased a site in Bourne Valley Road in Poole.

The site comprises of an existing 4 bedroom semi detached house with a plot on the side for a new 3 bedroom detached house.

The existing semi detached house has undergone a complete refurbishment inside and out.

The plot to the side has just been granted planning permission for a detached 3 bedroom house in a modern Victorian style, similar to others in the road (artist impression above).

Construction should commence in the Spring of 2019 with completion due in Autumn 2019.
