Planning Permission Granted for Tuttons Rise, Stanpit 03/11/2020
After just over 2 years of acquiring number 17 and subsequently 19 Stanpit, Karm have received full planning permission for a development of 5 new homes, comprising 2 x three bedroom semi-detached houses and 3 x three bedroom townhouses, all new properties have 2 parking spaces each.
Karm director Jon Winson said – ‘In order for us to achieve this planning consent we needed to acquire number 19 Stanpit to create a wider front access onto the highway. Owning the bungalow gave us the space and flexibility we needed to satisfy the highways officer and therefore achieve permission for a great scheme in a great location. Number 19 will be refurbished as part of the overall development and offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow with large kitchen/diner and separate sitting room’.
