Bourne Valley Road, Poole
The site in Bourne Valley Road Poole consisted of 2 side gardens between numbers 7 and 9. Karm purchased number 7 in April 2018 and refurbished it throughout whilst waiting for the new Planning Application to be decided.
Planning permission was eventually granted in November 2018. Work started early in the new year on some modifications to number 9, with site clearance and levelling, ready to commence building in May 2019.
The new 3 bedroom house was finished in March 2020, delayed slightly by the extremely wet weather from the previous autumn, when it seemed to rain non stop.
The new house has a large rear patio area and raised lawn above it, retained by wooden sleepers. It has Off road parking for 2 cars, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and large fitted kitchen diner with island.
Being on a fairly busy road it attracted many positive comments from the many commuters walking past each day. We certainly think it is the prettiest house in the street.
