“We recently purchased a new detached home built by Karm Homes. When we viewed the property for the first time, before the house had even gone on the market, we were very impressed by the high quality of the build / finishing’s to the house. As soon as we had viewed the property we knew it would be the perfect family home. The open plan kitchen / dining has a beautiful finish and specification making it the heart of the home, a place where we spend a lot of time together.

The 3 bedrooms are of a great size, even the smallest, which a lot of other properties we viewed fell short of. The master bedroom has an en-suite finished to a high standard along with the main bathroom. The design of the house has been well thought out maximising the space on offer. The garden has a lovely patio area for entertaining with steps leading up to a grassed area. There is also generous parking at the front of the house for two cars.

During the process of purchasing the property from Karm Homes they were extremely helpful, friendly and professional at all times. Once our offer was accepted there was a flow of good communication between all, which allowed us to complete the sale in just 4 weeks – which we were absolutely thrilled with!”

The quality of the build and the finishes were superb and every detail was considered, with high quality kitchen cabinets and appliances and beautiful bathrooms, even the minor features like light switches and plug sockets were well thought out and conveniently positioned. Everybody who visited commented on the quality and the features. The garden was beautiful and included every external feature you could ask for with power points, taps and lights making it possible to use the outside space all year round.

Built to a high standard and built to cater for all modern needs – with electric charging points, flexible power sockets, and routed internet and tv cabling. It’s a super energy efficient home and includes some finishing touches that add a little luxury to our new house. During the build – the team at Karm kept us abreast of developments and were very happy to provide detailed updates.
