Valley House in Poole – Sold in 4 Weeks! 24/04/2020

After finishing the building work early in March this year, we are particularly pleased to announce that the property was sold from the first viewing, without even going on the market!

Jon Winson of Karm said – ‘Our estate agents, Wilson Thomas in Parkstone, contacted us just as we were finishing the construction work and said they had a young family they thought the new house would be ideal for. Mr & Mrs Stevens viewed the property twice just prior to the government restrictions were put in place due to COVID-19 and subsequently made an acceptable offer. To achieve a completion 4 weeks later was absolutely fantastic for everyone involved, particularly in light of the current circumstances.’
