New Site Acquired in Sturminster Marshall 03/08/2023

Following on from the recent commencement of the construction work in Charlton Marshall, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of a new site, located on the High Street in Sturminster Marshall.

Being a short distance from where we are currently building, the opportunity to purchase this scheme was too good to miss.

We will submit a reserved matters application within the next few weeks for 5 family homes and importantly, consult with the parish council, ensuring we offer a proposal that improves the street scene within this popular location.

The village offers a range of amenities including a primary school, golf club, shops and most important of all….a decent pub! It’s going to be a busy 2024.
