Our current new homes development is in Stanpit Christchurch, comprising of 2 x three bedroom semi-detached houses, 3 x three bedroom townhouses and a refurbished 3 bedroom bungalow, with all properties having 2 parking spaces and gardens.

The development is named ‘Tuttons Rise’, after the nearby ancient Tuttons Well. The water from the well was once recognised as having unusual purity with medicinal values. In medieval times it was transported around the country as a cure and known as The Christchurch Elixir. The traditional annual pilgrimage to the Priory included the healing benefits of this spring water from the monks.

Karm director Jon Winson said – ‘To allow us to achieve this planning consent for 5 new family homes we needed to acquire number 19 Stanpit as well in order to create a wider front access onto the highway. Owning the bungalow gave us the space and flexibility we needed to satisfy the Highways Officer and therefore achieve permission for a great scheme in a great location. Number 19 will be refurbished as part of the overall development and offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow with large kitchen/diner and separate sitting room. Demolition of the old buildings have been completed and construction is underway’.

The location is superb being so close to the historic town with its Priory on one side and Avon Beach on the other, with Stanpit Marsh Nature Reserve and Mudeford quay in the middle. A very desirable location.
