Sturminster Marshall, Dorset

Sturminster Marshall, Dorset 17/11/2023

With the help of Paul Glanville from The Design Board and the team at Pure Town Planning, we have submitted our planning application for 5 new houses in Sturminster Marshall, Wimborne.

With the new units ranging from just under 1000 square feet to a shade over 1300 square feet, they all offer a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The 2 larger homes will offer a ground floor study to promote working from home, which will be in a desirable location given all the wonderful local amenities the village has to offer.

Jon Winson, Karm Director said – ‘The site already benefits from an outline planning permission so we hope that our reserved matters application is well received by the LPA. We pride ourselves on improving our green credentials with each development and driving toward NET Zero. For this project we are looking to implement rainwater harvesting within the development so that homeowners can utilise their surface run off and “recycle” their water usage, in turn saving money on their bills.’
