West Way, Broadstone, Dorset
In October 2022 we started on our site in West Way, Broadstone. The scheme comprises of the demolition of a dated house in a tree lined plot, which is set to be replaced with 6 luxury apartments.
The site is in a very established location, close to the centre of Broadstone and we expect high demand for these new properties, with one early off plan reservation already agreed! Our build programme will run for 12 months taking us through to the Autumn of 2023.
Five of the six 2 bedroom apartments have outside space, with the ground floor units having a garden and the first and second floor have good sized balconies. All of the properties benefit from luxury kitchens with Quartz worktops, integrated ‘higher end’ appliances and 2 bathrooms. All the hot water and underfloor heating are fed from an Air Source Heat Pump meaning we avoid the use of gas within the development, which is very much in line with our mission to build greener and more energy efficient homes.
There will be a passenger lift and security entry phone system. Externally there are 5 oak framed heritage style car ports with personal cupboards providing useful storage and electric vehicle charging points.
